The backyard features an AMAZING pool and spa both of which can be heated for an additional fee. Enjoy stunning mountain and city views as you relax in the pool or spa, at one of the several seating areas or balcony.

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) The home is equipped for 16 people. Please inquire for higher guest counts. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay overnight.

4) No smoking

5) No pets

6) Guests will receive door code to keypad the day of check in. Guests do not have access to garage

7) Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day to heat to 85 degrees and requires a 48 hour notice. Pool heating is only allowed for consecutive days with. There is also a 2 night minimum for pool heating. Pool heating is available year round.

8) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted.

9) When available, early check in can be offered. Early check in fee is $150

Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed.
