This house is great for multiple families and trips with children. We had several young kids whom we were able to put to bed and continue making noise in the living room without waking them. The ping pong table was in great condition and the pool and hot tub were very nice. We really appreciated how easy/clear all of the instructions were for different features as that is not always the case for rental homes. We had a great time and would recommend this house for future use.
