Step into a bright, open great room where natural light pours through expansive windows and the desert becomes part of the interior design. Vaulted ceilings, curated artwork, and refined furnishings create a calm, modern atmosphere. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, a striking waterfall island, generous counter space, and complete stocking for cooking and entertaining.

Each bedroom is its own private retreat. Soft linens, thoughtful lighting, and spa-like ensuite bathrooms give every guest the comfort of a luxury hotel. The primary suite features a spacious ensuite with a picture-window walk-in shower overlooking the natural desert surroundings.

Outside, the home opens to a private oasis designed for long, peaceful days and slow desert nights. Lounge by the pool, slip into the spa under the stars, or gather around the fire pits as the sky turns gold and pink behind the mountains. Multiple seating and dining areas frame the desert views. An outdoor kitchen and BBQ setup makes al fresco meals feel natural and easy.

For those who want to explore, move, or work, the property also features an indoor-outdoor weight room, a secluded plunge tub built into the desert landscape, and multiple work-from-home setups.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you’ll find it all here. 
  
- PARKING - The number of approved spaces for your rental can be found on the information posted inside the unit and the guidebook sent prior to check-in.  Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk. 

- PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 3 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees. 

- POOL HEATING - The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $250 per night. For best results, pool heat requests should be made 48 hours in advance. This is a non-refundable fee, should the pool not reach full temperature due to adverse weather conditions, user error, or improper use. 

- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate. 

- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers. 

- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Written approval and an additional Event fee is required.

- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Please note that we charge production fees for all commercial, professional, promotional, editorial, and or revenue-generating photography and videography shot on the property. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.
