Just outside your door, experience one of Southern California's most walkable beach communities. The property is just steps from 16th street, one of the area's charming pedestrian-only walk streets. The sand and The Strand are approximately a 5 minute walk away, while the restaurants, cafés, and shops of Pier Avenue are just a few minutes from the property. The Hermosa Beach Pier and lively Pier Plaza are approximately a 10 minute walk away.
